AIM

  1. We are responsible for policy making & overall supervision, control and administration of non-teaching staff.
  2. We timely & effectively resolve issues and service related matters of NTS on merits with empathy.
  3. We strive to provide healthy hygienic working conditions, standard working hours, promotions leading to satisfaction of our staff.
  4. We are providing quality services, welfare facilities & social security to non-teaching staff.
  5. We develop policies & procedures that encourages employee’s growth & development by providing them opportunities for learning and trainings to increase their capabilities.
  6. We maintain the productivity of our staff by creating environment where employees feel valued, motivated & engaged in their work. We give our employees a variety of tasks related to:-

    • Administration
    • IT
    • Legal Matters
