FGEI (C/G) Directorate awarded position holders of FBISE Annual Exam 2021

Soma Maqbool and Sabahat Bibi, from the HSSC-II Science General and Humanities Group, have been awarded with cash prize and tablet as token of appreciation for securing third positions in respective subjects while Hafiza Tanzeela Sehar, from the SSC-II Humanities Group, has been given tablet for securing the second position. The achievers were awarded by the DG FGEI, in a ceremony held at Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantts / Garrisons) Directorate Rawalpindi. For more details

90 FGEI (C/G) School & College teachers get regular promotion

90 teachers of the Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantts / Garrisons) Directorate have received the regular promotion. The meeting of the promotion board has approved the promotion of 90 educators from basic pay scale (BPS) 18 to 19. Some 27 male Assistant Professor and 14 male Vice-Principal (VP) have been promoted to the next grade. Along with them, 24 female Assistant Professor and 25 female Vice-Principal (VP) also have been promoted. The ministry of defence has notified the promotion of 90 teachers working under schools & colleges of FGEI. However, they have yet to be posted on their respective seats. In this regard, the teaching staff has expressed joy and hailed the efforts of the FGEI Director General (DG).

FGEI team won basketball tournament at FBISE Sports Galla

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) Islamabad has organized Sports Galla. In which FGEI institutions took full part. FG School No. 2 (Boys) Tariqabad Rawalpindi by taking positions in basketball, hockey and athletics proved their competency. FG School No. 2 (Boys) Tariqabad Rawalpindi team won the basketball tournament by defeating PAF College Lohar Topa by 41-44 points.
